Grateful for comfination that the following procedure

has the approval of the Board of Trade.

(a) Board of Trade obtaine confirmation that files af particular company is in order and directs Registrar te detèrmine English Registration as from date upon which company becomes registered in Hong Kong.

(b) Such company thereupon notifies Registrar, Hong Kong by sending him duplicate of direction mentioned in paragraph On receipt of such document Registrar, Hong Kong, subject to the approval of the Governor, registers the Company in this Colony.

(c) Upon such registration in the Colony the Registrar in English will be notified, and registration of such a company in England will cease with effect from notified date of its registration in Hong Kong.
